One all-in price, shown on the same screen as the Confirm button — never after. The exchange rate is locked for ten minutes once you start a transfer. You will never be quoted in XLM.

Gas and the platform fee are different things. Gas is the network’s own charge — a fraction of a cent per operation, and most of what you do never touches the network at all. Nas covers it. The platform fee is the one charge you pay, and you see it in full before anything moves.
